| It's Chocolate is a limited liability company established by Rom Still and Barbara Arbuckle in Winston-Salem to manufacture and sell fine artisan chocolate. Thier love of chocolate and the discovery of the vast number of flavors attainable by bean selection and roasting have brought them to where they are today. They are involved in the entire manufacturing process, from roasting to wrapping. Thier mission is to share thier enthusiasm for fine chocolate with as many people as possible. Chocolate is sophisticated and indulgent but they feel that fun and frivolous should be added to the list. After all it's chocolate!

| Offering more the 25 gourmet blends of teas, The Lexington Tea House has a wide variety that is sure to quench anyone's thirst.They are open Tuesday through Saturday from 11am-2pm, serving a lunch menu of savory soups and salads, freshly made sandwiches and quiche, plus wonderful desserts. | Visiting the Ruby Rose Tea Room is like stepping back in time to a different era. The century-old house is a beautiful, two-story Victorian with hand-painted murals, ornate decor and period memorabilia. Our gift shop, located upstairs, is stocked with a large variety of items for men, women and children, including soaps, lotions, coffees, teas, books, candles, antiques, sauces, locally made fudge, cards and crafts as well as tea pots, cups, accessories and more.
